Fragments
Prone to damage and involuntary marks of time, purposely kept in the least archival manner possible, exposed to heat and humidity, this fragile and unstable instant film emulsion evolves with time, and distorts its own information. Probably as an act of sabotage, or a refusal of memory, the images are regularly revisited and further subjected to chaotic darkroom experiments.
With no clear timeline, these scenes, witnessed as both observer and accomplice, feel as foreign as they do familiar.
